Genki ya sushi

Came here for a birthday dinner. We enjoyed a few combos. Fish and rice were nice and fresh. They were very friendly and attentive. Really nice atmosphere with comfy chairs. Would definitely return.

I got the dynamite roll and the salmon roll. Both were incredibly fresh and very delicious. The service was very prompt and helpful. I got my food decently quickly. The dining area has a very good ambiance as well. I'd absolutely come here again and recommend it to others.

I just ordered the Salmon Teriyaki Lunch Set with the Chia Latte, I can't wait to have the Curry Shrimp again. Thank you so much for letting us order again from your restaurant Yan. You guys are the best, please ask our Quality Assurance Manager to start bringing bigger bags 🛍️ or supply you with them so that the rest of the team can order again from you. We have missed your food so much, Kyle says sorry for ordering the sushi special that's not on the menu again. You guys are our hero's, we can't wait for lunch and dinner orders again from your restaurant. This is the best place to get homestyle cooking, my cousins girlfriend always orders from here for her company and all the employees absolutely love it. She has even been kind enough to get me something every time she does orders for the company. You have to try the short ribs from this place. They are to die for, I was just informed that she had started orders again and everyone is excited to have Genki Ya Sushi catering again for them. I've actually been to this restaurant thanks to my cousins girlfriend high assurance of the food when Yan was in Burlington. I'm never going anywhere else after having food from Genki Ya Sushi, Yan and her husband won my stomach and me over after eating her food. Yan is the kindest lady ever, even though she had no idea who I was. Don't ever shut down the restaurant, there would be a lot of upset people at my cousins work.

Came here today as I was craving sushi and I was not disappointed! They have alot of options and it is made fresh. My craving was fixed and wow.. every roll was so good! The ambience is very nice and peaceful. The only thing that would make this better is I always want a Sapporo with my sushi and they don't have a liquor license. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good sushi.

Had the poke bowl. Good portion size (with reasonable charge for double protein), fresh ingredients, friendly service. They were very accommodating of my wife's gluten allergy.

This sushi spot is conveniently located on the A-line express bus line. I popped in and ordered a veggie platter for takeout and it was ready in about ten minutes. Everything tasted excellent. See photo. The person behind the counter was kind.
